Chairman’s Message

Founded in 1982, the ICAAHK has just celebrated its 30th anniversary together with more than 150 alumni in a magnificent dinner party at the Bankers Club.  The achievements of Imperial graduates in Hong Kong have been spectacular.  We have collectively made remarkable contributions to society in various fields including science, technology, healthcare, construction, business, public service, research, education, etc.  Imperial has continued to be renowned for excellence and consistently ranked amongst the top universities in the world.  I am sure that all alumni take great pride in being part of the Imperial family.

I am greatly honoured to be elected as Chairman for the 2012-2014 sessions and privileged to have a great team in the Executive Committee.  The primary aims of the Alumni Association  include promoting fellowship and fraternity amongst graduates, guiding and supporting students at Imperial, and maintaining close connections with Imperial.

The ICAAHK collaborates with the ICAAHK Endowment Fund and assists in the selection of scholars through a rigorous process of interview on an annual basis.

In recent years, we have been very active in organizing activities for members and their friends, such as technical talks, finance talks, career talks, freshers reception, graduates welcome reception, happy hour drinks, hiking, BBQ, golf practice, wine tasting, war game, boat trips, cake baking class, Christmas party, annual dinner, technical visits, charity run, etc.  Some of our activities are jointly organized with other UK, US or local university alumni groups.

You are welcomed to join our activities to catch up with old buddies, long lost friends, meet other fellow alumni and make new friends and expand your network.

Best Regards,

Ken Ho

Chairman of ICAAHK 2012-2014
