Dear Alumni,
In accordance with Rule 2.9.1 of the Constitution of the Association, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:
Date: 14 July 2019 (Sunday)
Time: 6.15pm
Venue: The Chinese Club, 14/F Chinese Club Building, 20-22 Connaught Road, Central, Hong Kong
Nominations are invited for Committee Members for the 2019/2020 session. Members who wish to nominate other members are requested to submit their Nomination Forms (see attached), duly signed, to the Hon Secretary (Attention: Mr Leon Lee) and email to icaahk@gmail.com no later than 7 July 2019.
We are delighted to invite the Guest of Honour, Ir Haeem Hussain, to give a Keynote Address at 5.30pm, followed by the AGM at 6.15pm and dinner reception from 7pm. The cost of the dinner is $350 per person ($280 per person for current students). For registration, please fill in the attached registration form, make payment to HSBC bank 062-1-064377 and email bank-in slip to icaahk@gmail.com on or before 7 July 2019. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
