ICAAHK Annual General Meeting 2020-2021

Dear Alumni

In accordance with Rule 2.9.1 of the Constitution of the Association, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:

Date:             24 July 2021 (Saturday)

Time:             4:30-5:15pm

Venue*:         Online / 21st Fl, CMA Building, 64 Connaught Road Central

Cost:              Free of Charge

*In person attendance is allocated on first come-first-served-basis. Other members are encouraged to participate virtually. 

Nominations are invited for Committee Members for the 2021/2022 session. Members who wish to nominate other members are requested to submit their Nomination Forms, duly signed, to the Hon Secretary (Attention: Ms Sue Ann Kwan) by email at icaahk@gmail.com no later than 17 July 2021.

AGM will begin at 4:30 pm, followed by a keynote speech at 4:45pm. We are delighted to invite the Guest of Honour, Professor Peter Cheung, Imperial College London alumnus and Head of Dyson School of Design Engineering, Imperial College London, to deliver a Keynote Address virtually from London. The ICAAHK Mentoring Programme 2021 will be held immediately after the keynote speech, between 5:15pm and 6:00pm, and participants are welcome to stay behind.

For registration, please fill in the online registration form below, or email the AGM Reply Slip with your contact information (see attached) on or before 17 July 2021. Please specify your preference to attend either i) in person or ii) online. Due to the capacity limit imposed by the Group Gathering Restrictions (Cap. 599G), participants who have successfully registered for a place in person will be confirmed via email closer to the date.
