ICAAHK Annual General Meeting 2022

Dear Alumni

In accordance with Rule 2.9.1 of the Constitution of the Association, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:

Date:             23 July 2022 (Saturday) 

Time:             6:00-7:30pm (Meeting); 7:30-10:00pm (Dinner) 

Venue:          Online / Leighton Room, 1/F Clubhouse Building, Craigengower Cricket Club 

Cost:              Meeting is free of charge; Dinner at HK$450 per person   

Nominations are invited for Committee Members for the 2022/2023 session. Members who wish to nominate other members are requested to submit their Nomination Forms (see attached), duly signed, to the Hon Secretary (Attention: Ms Sue Ann Kwan) by email at icaahk@gmail.com no later than 16 July 2022.   

The Mentoring Programme will begin at 6:00pm, followed by AGM and Dinner from 7:00 pm. For registration, please fill in the registration form via https://link.icaahk.org/registration, or email the AGM Reply Slip with your contact information (see attached) on or before 16 July 2022. Please specify your preference to attend either i) in person or ii) online. Due to the capacity limit imposed by the Group Gathering Restrictions (Cap. 599G), participants who have successfully registered for a place in person will be confirmed via email closer to the date.   

Attached please find: i) AGM minutes for 2020-2021; and ii) Notice of the AGM 2021-2022 (including AGM reply slip and nomination form for Executive Committee Members).
