Parenting Workshop: POSITIVE DISCIPLINE
Time & Location
About The Event
After the Easter Holidays, the Imperial College Alumni Association Hong Kong (ICAAHK) hopes that you have enjoyed a wonderful relaxing time with your family and friends. Since Mother’s Day is approaching, we are now co-organizing a ‘Positive Discipline’ parenting workshop with the British Chevening Scholars Association (BCSA) for our parent members to treat themselves as a heartfelt gift in May.
This two-hour workshop would help you get into the world of your children for a deeper understanding of what’s in their mind. We would like to see our members enjoy their relationship with their children and nurture them to be our alumni in the future.
Would you like to yell less, connect more and raise children who are respectful, resilient and responsible? If your answer is 'YES', you would like to join us for this parenting workshop.
This two-hour workshop is designed for parents with children up to the age of 12. It allows parents to go through the process of changing how they look at misbehavior and their roles as parents. You will learn Positive Discipline tools through experiential activities that help you get into the world of children for a deeper understanding of what works and what doesn't work.
- Knowing yourself and your kids
- Positive Discipline parenting tools
- Family education in the view of principals
