ICAAHK AGM 2015-2016 (15 July 2016)

Dear Alumni,

In accordance with Rule 2.9.1 of the Constitution of the Association, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:

Date: 15 July 2016 (Friday)

Time: 7.00pm

Venue: The Legendry Ballroom, The Leighton Hill, 2B Broadwood Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong

Nominations are invited for Committee Members for the 2016/2017 session. Members who wish to nominate other members are requested to submit their Nomination Forms (see attached), duly signed, to the Hon Secretary (Attention: Ms Clarence Cheng) and email to icaahk@gmail.com no later than 8 July 2016.

We are delighted to invite Dr. Viphandh Roengpithya as the Guest Speaker for a speech and followed by annual dinner after AGM. The cost of the dinner is $320 per person. For registration, please fill in the attached registration form, make payment to HSBC bank 062-1-064377 and email bank-in slip to icaahk@gmail.com before 8 July 2016. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
