World Maritime Merchant Forum YMC Alma Mater Race takes place on 17 Dec on Victoria Harbour; alumni and students from the same academic institute dress up in team uniform and decorate their boat with the college flag in this annual fun race.
The Alma Mater Race, an annual event sponsored by the World Maritime Merchants Forum, brought together alumni from the same academic institute to showcase their sailing prowess. Organized by the Young Members Committee of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, this exciting racing event aims to promote sailing among the younger generation while fostering connections with local colleges and universities. ICAAHK for the first time, represented Imperial with 8 sailors onboard led by our very own Imperial's skipper, Johnson Yuen.
